Discord Chat Exporter Coming soon

Save Discord conversations, and make sense of them

A browser extension that keeps Discord channels and direct messages in an archive in your browser, with search, profiles, server analytics, and tools for reading bot commands and moderation logs.

For Chrome and Edge, with Firefox to follow.

Keep the conversation

Whole servers, kept up to date

Save channels, categories, threads, forum posts, group chats and direct messages, one or many at once. Long captures pick up where they left off after a pause or a lost connection, and saving a channel again adds only what's new.

Reads like Discord

Formatting, replies, forwards, embeds, polls, stickers, reactions, attachments, custom emoji and role colours, with a member list grouped by role. Click anyone to see their profile card.

Search across a server

Discord-style search over every saved channel at once, with from:, in:, has:, before: and after:, plus pins, mentions and edits. Each result opens the conversation around it.

Works with the other exporters

Bring in archives from DiscordChatExporter (JSON and HTML), Discrub, Discord History Tracker (its HTML and database files) and Discord's own data package. Split and overlapping exports are merged without duplicates, renamed servers are recognised, and cut-off files are recovered as far as they go.

Understand who said what

Profiles

A profile for everyone in your archives: activity over time, when and where they post, the roles they held when each archive was saved, and every name they've been seen under (usernames, display names and server nicknames), with when each was seen.

Server analytics

Messages and active members over time, busiest hours and days, streaks and quiet spells, top authors, channel comparisons, newcomers and returning members, and role activity. Every number opens the messages behind it, and every chart copies as an image.

Bots and moderation

Read what the bots recorded

  • Moderation logs, rebuilt. Log messages from MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, YAGPDB, Vortex, Ryno, Bunny Bot and others become one moderation timeline: joins and leaves, bans, kicks, mutes, timeouts, warnings, strikes, role and nickname changes, and edited or deleted messages.
  • Matched to the right person. Each entry is tied to an account by the ID the bot printed, the command that triggered it, or a handle seen elsewhere in your archives, and appears on that person's profile.
  • Bot commands. Slash commands and what bots replied: levels and leaderboards, reminders, welcomes, AutoMod and security alerts, moderator-role settings, and more.
  • Honest about gaps. It shows what the bots logged in the channels you saved. Anything logged elsewhere is marked unknown, not absent.

Share it, and keep it safe

Export

JSON (including DiscordChatExporter's format), readable HTML in dark or light, plain text or CSV, each with an integrity checksum so a copy can be checked later. Presets cover reading, data analysis, media backup and minimal text.

Offline media

Optionally download attachments, avatars, custom emoji, stickers and embedded media into a package you keep, so the archive still works after the originals are gone.

Private by design

Archives live in your browser and leave it only when you export them. No analytics, no tracking, and your Discord session is never saved to disk or included in an export.

Coming soon

The Discord Chat Exporter isn't available to install yet. It will arrive for Chrome and Edge first, with Firefox to follow.
